Team Philosophy

Rijo Athletics Softball is an organization dedicated to the development of each individual’s skills in a team atmosphere. Each player will maximize their skills to the highest level possible in an environment that is uplifting and encouraging but also very structured and disciplined. They will be taught by our staff of former professional baseball players and collegiate level baseball and softball players.

Our instruction is top notch in the northwest, with a proven track record of developing college and pro level players, all while never swearing or breaking athletes down in a negative way. Our sole mission is about developing young athletes to the best of their ability both physically and mentally. After competing in the 2009 season, our 14u team record is:
